1eem provides deposit limits, loss limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools to all players. Use of the 1eem platform for money laundering, fraud, arbitrage abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. 1eem cooperates with international anti-money-laundering frameworks.
Important Notice: By creating a 1eem account or by continuing to use the 1eem platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 1eem platform.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. References to singular include plural and vice versa where the context demands it.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1eem. Your access to and use of the 1eem platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
If you are accessing 1eem on behalf of a third party or using another person's credentials, you accept these Terms on behalf of that party and represent that you have authority to do so. You further accept that all activity under your Account is your sole responsibility.
1eem's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and 1eem.

To register and maintain an account on the 1eem platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
1eem reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any point after registration. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal and deposit functionality pending compliance.
Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active 1eem account at any time. Attempts to register duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. 1eem uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.
All 1eem accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion will be applied to your deposits, bets, winnings, or withdrawals. Your PKR balance is the only balance on the 1eem platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 1eem account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person, including family members.
All bets placed, transactions executed, and instructions given through your 1eem account are deemed to have been authorised by you. 1eem will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify 1eem's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. 1eem will take reasonable steps to secure your account following verified notification of a security breach.
1eem strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. OTP verification via your Pakistani mobile number — whether JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered — provides a meaningful additional layer of security beyond your password alone.
All deposits and withdrawals on the 1eem platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment channels available at the time of the transaction, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the 1eem cashier page at the time of deposit. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 1eem account in real time in most cases. 1eem is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment provider's systems. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used or a verified alternative. 1eem reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment instruments that are not registered in the account holder's name. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are targeted for processing within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operational conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day. 1eem cannot guarantee processing times during peak volumes, public holidays, or system maintenance windows.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 1eem reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Logging in to your 1eem account at any time resets the inactivity period.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a proven breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last confirmed withdrawal method. Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are not returned in cases of closure due to breach.
Players may request to close their own 1eem account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not retroactively cancel any settled bets or previously confirmed withdrawals.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eem's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount held in the player's 1eem account at the time the relevant claim arises.
1eem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
1eem does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers. 1eem will not be liable for bets that could not be placed or settled during periods of platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits 1eem's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content on the 1eem platform — including but not limited to the 1eem name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of 1eem or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1eem platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any 1eem content without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of 1eem's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
1eem collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the 1eem platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
1eem will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or for the legitimate operation of the platform.

1eem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 1eem platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 1eem's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local laws applicable in Pakistan, players are solely responsible for assessing their own legal position with respect to use of the platform.
In the event of a dispute between a player and 1eem, the player must first contact 1eem's customer support team in writing, providing full details of the complaint. 1eem will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to a recognised alternative dispute resolution body as specified in 1eem's gaming licence conditions.
Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other Pakistani cities acknowledge that by accepting these Terms they are voluntarily entering an agreement governed by international gaming law, and that the outcome of any dispute will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism described above rather than local Pakistani court jurisdiction in the first instance.
